Misery is an obsessive tale that only Stephen King could write. A writer has a serious accident and regains consciousness in a secluded house where a mysterious woman lives, corpulent and of strange character. It is about a former nurse, involved in several mysterious deaths that occurred in various hospitals. This woman is capable of the greatest horrors, and the writer, with broken legs and in terrible pain, has to fight for his life.
